the best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds. and that’s what you’ve given me.
“Happiness is a journey, not a destination. For a long time it seemed to me that life was about to begin – real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. At last it dawned on me…
Toddler naps with his 2-month-old puppy every day.
Blogger Jessica Shyba and her family adopted an adorable 7-week-old mutt. They named him Theo. On his third day as part of their family, Theo joined Jessica and her toddler son Beau for afternoon snuggle time. Beau fell asleep and then so did Theo. The next day, he joined in the naptime ritual again. “And so began,” Shyba says, “the most organic and beautiful friendship I have ever witnessed.” Since then, every day Theo waits for Beau to fall asleep and then joins him for his two-hour snooze.

Look how not freaked out he is.
I loved, loved, loved how unfreaked out he is. He does that what? face and the head shake and then smoothly changes the subject because he’s an A+ dude. He doesn’t want to put Jess on the spot. Or himself. They can always come back to it.
Seriously though, think of all the ways we’ve seen Nick freak out. He is the King of the Freak Outs. This was no freak out, this was Grace Kelly and ice skating and a perfectly executed equestrian show jump.
Yeah, this was Phoebe Buffay-level smooth. This is the Nick Miller who can sweep you off your feet, who can say I meant something like that, who can hold himself very still and say, prove it. Riding that feeling of: I got this.
It’s just something he’s going to revisit later, when everything’s calmed down and he’s alone in the dark, and he can parse it. Let it wash over him. Smile a very very small smile with his face pressed into his pillow. Let his heart hammer inside him. Wonder whose life he’s living.

Reasons Why You Should Watch Orphan Black [1/?]
↳ Tatiana Maslany (as Sarah) in episode two busts open a briefcase and actually cuts her knuckle at the same time. Rather than stopping she checks her hand and then continues on. Eventually blood ends up running down her hand from the cut but because Tmas is a freakin’ champ she remains unphased. In the following episode, we see on a close up of Alison’s hand that very clearly shows the bruise on her knuckle. Now that’s pretty damn cool.
